Actually, perhaps not Mickey. I experienced this "beeps of death" thing as well with my H and called customer service while it was occurring. Turned out the ST-16 was still bound but lost calibration, requiring accessing the "secret menu". Re-calibrating the transmitter functions is a simple process but you need to do it correctly, starting with the slider controls centered. There's two pages of transmitter calibrations as shown earlier in this thread, performed one at a time and then exited. Don't go back and forth. There's little or no need to delve into the other stuff.
Mickey, the copter was bound and I was able to turn it on( no blades of course) but I had no camera(video) connection. Camera was pointing in wrong direction and it would respond erratic to commands. When turn on the copter would stop beeping but it will start again as soon as I would turn off the rotors.
