HI GANG
I HAVE THIS TYPHOON H WITH REALSENSE.
ONE OF THE PROPS IS EXTREMELY TUFF
TO PUT ON AND TAKE OFF.
ANY SUGGESTIONS. BELOW IS THE VIDEO.

Will other new props fit?
Never use pliers!:eek: Never force a blade onto the motor there is an obvious reason it won't fit.

IT IS SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE PROP. IS ON THE MOTOR. THE TIGHTNESS. IT IS CRAZY TIGHT. I EVEN
TRIED A DAB OF WD 40 TO NO AVAIL.
 
Tough to put on but doable? That locking mechanism isn't rocket science. Have you inspected the tight one closely to see if it looks just like all the others? No excess plastic or anything like that.

If its not ridiculously tight it may fit better over time with repeated use. Try using an old prop rather than a new one and put it on and off. It may eventually loosen up.

I I HAVE DONE IT MANY TIMES, REMOVED AND REPLACED. I KNOW ABOUT THE LOCKING MECHANISM.

I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT. LIKE I SAY CRAZY TIGHT.
I COULD NOT PUT IT ON OR REMOVE WITHOUT A RAG AND PLIERS. IT IS THAT TIGHT.

If it's the same propellers you've always been using it would seem something in the lock mechanism has shifted or damaged. if it's a new set of props the lock mechanism my not be properly assembled. If you have removed and re-installed the lock mechanism you may have not have the components properly aligned or fully set. If it's an after market set of props the lock mechanism may be junk. If the problem is not the prop but at the motor side you may have damaged the mechanism in some manner.

SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO ANSWER.
I AM NOT SURE YET WHY IT IS SO TIGHT, BUT THAT IS NOT A BIGGIE AT THIS TIME.
I DID A COMPLETE CALIBRATION TODAY. WENT TO FLY IT THURS AT 5PM.
PROPS WONT START. I MUST DIVE INTO THIS NOW.

EVERYTHING IS SHOWING ON THE CONTROLLER.
ALL DATA - - IT SAYS READY, BUT NO PROP START.

OK I JUST RESET THE CONTROLLER TO
FACTORY RESET.
BAMM PROPS FIRE UP, NOW TIME TO RE CALIBRATE
THE DRONE JUST IN CASE.
THIS IS SOMETHING ELSE.
