From a technical perspective there shouldn't be any reason it would not but I fear Yuneec did some software shenanigans to prevent any interoperability...

From technical perspective the cameras from H480 and before (cgo1-3) and those from PX4-based drones have different technology. The CGO cameras are controlled by CGI commands via HTTP over WiFi.
The cams on PX4-based drones (H Plus, H3, H520...) are controlled by MAVlink messages. So, this is another eco-system and will never be compatible.
