My brand new h ,had a prong inside battery port break off.i thought it was the battery and bought new mopliot.then put that in and realised I lost a prong.called yuneec got email but couldn't get any further because it said email was being used,yeah by me!!then they wanted a survey.needless to say I completed survey with some unpleasant thoughts.as they said open case was closed as they were sending shipping labels for repair.ok that's cool but,nevermind I'm too confused to deal with this right now.my h has been down a week. im not feeling good about this email.ive gotten nothing accomplished through the email.its too late now.well,I'll keep you guys posted.
 
Call them, don’t e-mail them. This has been said every time a new person posts about no response after they send an e-mail. When you talk to them register your purchase for the warranty as well. If you registered it on line the system did not record it.
