Collision avoidance not working

I updated my Typhoon H and now the collision avoidance doesn't work.

Not sure mine does either but I'll never use it. Collision avoidance was never one of the reasons I chose the H anyway.

Do read through the use instructions for CA and note that it only functions above a certain height and in a specific flight mode. Perhaps one of those qualifiers has not been met?

Landing gear up or down? People have noticed that it is only working with the landing gear up.

Landing gear up and down. Sometimes the CA works. Now the camera is always tilting. I think I go a lemon. Amazon is sending me a new one. I hope its just a fluke.

I noticed that mine only works when the gear is up. I thought that was normal.

It is with the current firmware, I believe the previous one allowed the landing gear to be down.

A quick test and I confirm this :
- landing gear down : no obstacle avoidance
- landing gear up : obstacle avoidance works
(I was in angle mode)

Your right, don't try to land with it on, according to Yuneec..

Mine works in turtle mode and gear up, altitude was around 6 to 7 feet up.
