ADU 0715: Why didn't we use the Yuneec H520 to shoot our mapping course? - Drone U™
Pretty long winded and full of self promotion at the beginning, but the bulk of the discussion is on the merits of using the H520 in comparison to a P4.
They seem to love the H520 on the whole. The main issue they raise is around software/features. Which I think is the common thing we're all hanging out for.
It also helps put some things into perspective with regards to what Yuneec have gotten right with the H520, such as ability to fly in any area of the sky we please, good mapping software, great GPS, wind stability, good level of detail with camera, software that doesn't crash, six-blade resilience, etc.
Big thank you to Yuneec (to anyone from there reading this thread) for all the hard work. Must seem like it's always negative in the forums (as we're often on here looking for help to problems), but we're very appreciative of everything you guys do.
Keep up the good work, and I look forward to new features in the new year.
Now if you could just add that histogram for the E90... ;-)
