H520 flying

Tuna,

If the 520 is indeed in transit the E90 had better be at a 100% level already, especially considering the E90 appears to be the only camera available for delivery with the aircraft, with the others having too be ordered. DJI dumped another couple of new models on the market a week ago, which was perhaps a partial deflection. It may well be their current credibility problems, which are immense, have them a little too occupied to be on the offensive. Yuneec, and everyone else, currently have a tremendous opportunity if they have the resources and agility to exploit it. If not, or if the 520's capability lags behind the Inspire, the competition will be in a position to come out of their current situation stronger than they had been before.

As a supporter of the Typhoon H - I have two machines working well and supported with very good service by Yuneec UK.
For me the H520 is an attractive proposition not for its orange colour or increased flight time but for its E90 camera.
I do wonder what is going on when there is not so much of a sniff at be able to view E90 pictures so close to the announced release time.
I hope Mr Magoo has not been brought back to supervise E90 camera/lens QC.

Perhaps the resignation of the Yuneec U.S.A. CEO, Mike Kahn, is having some influence in this area. It's time to be seeing some good news come out of the Yuneec portal.

A video of an amateur, as he describes himself, performing the basic operations before making his first flight. This thing of taking off from the railing and landing so close to obstacles is not highly recommended....

Just seeing him makes me nervous about the first flight with an aircraft you don't know :D

For me it's an interesting video to watch

Indeed interesting, not sure I would use it for instructional purposes.
I like the "fill in the blanks" ending.:D

Maiden flight where it is highlighted the little silence that produces the H520, the stability that has with strong winds (the clouds move very quickly), a good landing but above all the emotion that causes the author to release a new toy. A professional toy :p

Thank you!

Phil

Good video, showing flight characteristics.

Let's see if more people come forward.

Thank you mate :)[/QUOTE]

Thanks for your efforts
Any chance of some pictures from the camera please at 100mbts.

I'm sure when I'm saticefied with the flight systems and app control I'll focus on the camera. I gravitate towards this end first. I think the thread creator is a camera specialist.

I don't want to mess up Yuneec's beautiful E90 debut with lack of knowledge on the camera. It really looks and acts like a smooth precision piece of equipment to me I must say. It's calibration is so precise and deliberate.

I tested and feel in my element with this bird already. I'm banging through the app using up lots of battery playing around also now.

I expect camera to be real nice.

I haven't contacted mother in a couple of days now.

What a joy!

:):):):):):):)

Thanks for the flattering, but no, I'm not a specialist in anything, I had to check that I created the thread, I won't tell you more (I'm missing the laughing cry icon, Ray do something, I need it for occasions like this ;)). I don't tell my wife about this because she's laughing herself to death.

I'm just a lover of these mosquitoes that drive us crazy. And together with your help and all the people who contribute in the forums we all become a little more "specialists". I'm just trying to contribute as much as I can.

I agree with you, there's no need to run. Houses start with the foundations and not the roof. Knowing the H520 well, reading the manual, practicing are fundamental things. If you don't know something or don't understand it, that's what the forums are for.

Thank you for sharing with us, I can't ask for it until next month and I really want to "play" with him.

May I have some advice? Hide the H520 behind the trees, those fighter planes can get jealous and fire a rocket at it :rolleyes::rolleyes:
