Poi Mode

i was having a play with the different modes on the H lastnight and shot some video using poi,my question is, is there a way of slowing down the H in this mode,it seems to orbit quite fast,I've worked out how to increased the size of the orbit and the height but can you change the speed or is it set.

Yep, use the opposite roll command to reduce orbit speed.

The easiest way I have found to control speed in POI mode is once in the mode from a dead stop flick the right stick in the direction you want to go. The more flicks the faster it will go. Slow it or stop it with flicks in the opposite direction.
