So just had a great experience with them. Hit the chat box, got an instant agent who answered most of my questions on the spot. I have a new H Plus and when I turn on the drone the controller doesn't see it (might be operator error) - I have to search for camera, find it, hit check mark and then its bound. For that the agent said lets set up a phone call, sent me a link to make an appointment and all set. Great service!
