I was just out flying my typhoon h for the first time and while trying different things taking it slow. I had the unit about 5 ft off the ground with landing gear up. As I have read that some have landed with gear up I tried to lower drone but would not get closer to the ground than about 4 ft. I tried this in both flight modes and OA turned off but would not go any lower until I lowered the landing gear. I'm probably not the first to try this but have not seen anything about this on line.

Thanks for the response, I don't see much sense in reading the H manual or watching yuneec's videos as it seems a lot of information is missing.
Oh my...You want to land with the legs up and you do not want to read manuals. This may not bode well for flying longevity.
