@Steve Carr was working with someone to 3D print replacements. Last I heard, he had sent some comments to improve the first examples that were printed. Perhaps he has an update on them.

He tells me his mounts will be posted on eBay right after the holidays. So it should be a matter of days and they will be available.

This doesn't address the problem of it's availabilty as a whole, this mount is shared across the range, we've heard a few on here comment that spares were coming back on line, clearly this hasn't happened? This doesn't bode well for the future.
