ive called on monday and got a call back in 14 minutes, lol...other days 45+ minutes...and i have had where they did not call me back several times

Just called Yuneec CS and it appears the call back option is no longer provided. Estimated wait time for that call was stated to be 36 minutes. Long wait for a cell phone battery.
