After crashing into tree, when i power it on the red light flashes stays on in the rear and it beeps 3 times. It don't seem to connect to my controller, i need a new leg support, a new camera rail, and the top housing is cracked open right where it says gps. Any suggestions on what it needs?

Requires Surgery!
You may want to take it apart and see if there is any internal damage also.

i would send it to Yuneec. Probably not possible to fix internal parts. If it is unable to connect to the controller, that is not good obviously, and could pose a safety issue if it ever flys. Feel sorry for you. Imagine not a fun day. Hope you can get it repaired and flying again.

It depends how hard the tree whacked your H?
Is this new and your not sure how to fix it, then as @Pro Drone Shooter mentioned you need to seek out a specialist who knows how? :(

If its under warranty and you have the Yuneec crash coverage its best to contact them and see if they'll fix it for you. That would be the least expensive option.

You could disassemble the aircraft and look to see what's broken if you're comfortable doing that.

Otherwise there are some reputable shops that can diagnose and repair the H.

That is a pretty good crack in the shell, right near where the GPS module is located. If the rear tail light is flashing red, and the 3 beeps, sounds like something inside has disconnected or pulled loose. I agree with others. If you are not sure about taking it apart yourself, Call Yuneec, or call one of the other vendors mentioned above.

I am far from a pro here but i did fix my "h" after a fall from the sky, I would agree with the others if you can get yuneec to fix it for free is the way to go. if they wont. depending on your comfort level i would open it up. i have a great video that can assist i found on youtube. and i wasnt that comfortable doing it. but after reviewing the video and reading i was able to remove the main board and fix everything. This forum can help you you though the process. I would not connect the camera to the "h" while testing the "h" because it could blow the "k' fuse on the main board. open up the "h" see if the all the wires are connected to the board take some pic and load them in to your next post. from my understanding is if the gps is not working then the bird will still connect to the remote. Then i would try rebind the bird to the remote 1st. let us know how it turn out . there are youtube videos that show how to open up the "h". and to add i felt a lot of satisfaction doing the repairs myself and a better understanding of the "h" when i was done. when yuneec wouldn't do it for free.

my cost of repairs from ebay

new cam 450.00 / ebay 180.00
new main board 130.00/ ebay 50.00 with flight control board
1 landing gear servo 29.00/ vertogo drones 29.00
labor 350.00/ me free

good luck

I will do, it'll probably be after the holiday but i will post some pics. I would much rather do it myself, just a little nervous about it.

Can't be sure just by the overview, but I have experienced error tones and red flashing lights:

I remember it as a 3 tone decreasing chime, followed by 2 quick beeps, this tone comes up when the GPS/Compass module was not found (disconnected).

There's definitely some level of internal damage, hopefully nothing too expensive to repair.

Greetings!

...I remember it as a 3 tone decreasing chime, followed by 2 quick beeps..

Correction, its a 2 tone decreasing chime and 2 beeps, I went ahead and recorded a few boot sequences in case it helps you figure out what's wrong with your aircraft.

Is this the tune you are getting? If it is, and based on your picture perhaps the GPS/Compass module was damaged or completely broken, luckily its very easy to replace!

Greetings!

Is it still under warranty ?
If it is send it back and get it right .

There are a lot of good videos on YouTube about opening up a TH.

Here's one from @JulesTEO that will give you good advice for opening it up and what you're looking at.

Jules is very good he is like a surgeon.
