Does anyone know of options for fitting a remotely or automatically activated chute to an H520? Looking at getting safety sign off for some work within the city and this was mentioned as something that could help get approval.
Hubsan makes an automatic chute for the X4 Pro. You can buy them separately also. I don't know what the weight difference is between the H520 and the Hubsan X4 Pro. It is a fairly heavy Quad. It fires if the drone exceeds 60 degrees I believe. I have never tested mine because the drone lands upside down and still could be damaged especially if it tangles as some youtube videos have shown. It comes with mounts for the quad landing gear. I would imagine it could be adapted to any drone with a little ingenuity, but I would consider the weight difference and CG change of the H520.
