New Firmware Released for H Plus Build 809_20190131

So is it ok to update this latest firmware or not? From reading all this Im no closer to knowing what to do.

And yes, I ordered a new H Plus the other day and will have it Monday.

I recommend updating to the most current firmware version which is 784. When you do the auto update that version should display as available for download.

I have contacted Yuneec and they have commented to me that the 809 or 806 version is a trial and you do not have to download them, soon a new version will come out that will solve the problems generated by downloading those versions.

I have not had problems with 809. As they say, YMMV!!

It likely won't unless you select "Global OTA" as the server. That is not the default server.
