Service Times?
Anticipated service times will generally be 3-5 business days but may vary based on parts availability (we try to keep everything in stock but Yuneec occasionally has shortages).
Cost?
Repairs are charged at $50/hour plus shipping and retail cost of parts. A full tear down and rebuild of a Typhoon H (Not CGO3+) will be charged at 4 hours. Other repairs would be less.
A complete rebuild of a CGO Camera is usually not cost effective but minor repairs to include the slip ring, motors, mounts, circuit boards and cosmetic components may be. We have all calibration and firmware loading capabilities. Please contact us for questions about specific cases.
Procedure?
Contact us directly and we will provide a pre-paid label to return your unit.
Once it arrives one of our technicians will evaluate an estimated repair costs and provide an itemized invoice. The invoice is an estimate based on initial observation and costs may increase or decrease based on actual needed repairs. However, labor will never exceed 4 hours (Unless additional work is preformed on a CGO Camera) so an approximation can be made by the customer by their own evaluation of parts costs on our website.
Once the repair is complete, we will forward a finalized invoice for payment. The invoice will include the cost of the repairs and applicable shipping in both directions.
