ST16 Battery

I haven’t used my ST16 controller for a while and when charging, it won’t go above 2 battery lines (around 30%)
I ordered a replacement battery which says it’s for the ST16, but after taking apart the battery pack, it’s completely different. Am I missing something here?

Hi Mike.
What I see from your picture, the battery pack on the left is broken (open), the other on the right is in proper conditions. What is the battery pack you received? Left or right? If it's the left one, my suggestion is to return it to the supplier. It could have been broke during transportation.
If the right one, that's the correct for the ST16, it's the same I've into mine.

Yes.
The controller in the picture is not an ST16.
The controller in the picture is an ST16S.
Yuneec was apparently too lazy to change the label on the controller. The label says "ST16", but they are very different controllers and take different battery types.
The right-hand battery in your picture fits the original ST16 for the original Typhoon H (H480). It does not fit the ST16S that is used for Hplus, H3, H520.
