H520 gimbal levels @3

Even after multiple calibrations my gimbal levels out at 3 , on all three cameras , this is after calibration of the ST 16 S and running through the gimbal calibration. Fully updated January 20, 2019

Sounds about the norm, from what I recall seeing for mine and reading here.

Yes, 3. It changed from 0 after an update perhaps about 9 months ago.

Right after return from warranty repair of ST16S in mid2018 gimbal were leveled , but after several flights and updates that's normal to stops at 2-3. Also noticed that after each yaw turn there is little yaw drift by few secounds, annoying with new zoom feature.
