This was rumored last year post CES of BB and Yuneec inking a repair deal. Maybe you have a beta store? That would go a long way towards Yuneec separating themselves from competition.

Update on Best Buy......Repair status shows repairs complete and unit shipped on 1/12/19 and as of today still in transit?

Visited Best Buy yesterday and they have issued a tracker.....they agreed it should have arrived by now? Tracker takes 24 hrs to implement....waiting on update?

Well will Wonders Never Cease she’s ready to be picked up tomorrow morning!!!!!!

Once I review the repair I’ll post an update....but so far pretty impressed.

Back in my Hands and good as new.....they replaced the entire CGO3+ Camera & Gimbal with a new unit under warranty.....12/28/18 - 1/20/19 as far as i'm concerned ... pretty impressed ... thumbs up to the Geek Squad !!!!!

and remember....I did not purchase this H from Best Buy.....WOW

It's a refurbished by Yuneec unit that came direct from Yuneec through a third party seller.
