What size sd card are you using?

Still nothing... I really appreciate your help though! I was 100% lost on thisDid you format the SD card as FAT32?
Then add update.zip file
Then add folder firmware and its contents
Then add folder update and all of its contents
Next insert the card into the unpowered ST16 then power it on. It should update and you’ll see different screens appear. Once that is done reboot the ST16 after ejecting the SD card.
If you have no success, it may be bricked.
I will try some research on this! Thanks!Remember - these are standard Android devices, so they behave exactly like any other Android tablet, phone, etc.
The fact the charging animation comes up means it's likely you can still recover even if recovery is corrupt.
"Fastboot" is the other mode that can be used to reflash most android devices. It uses different files though, and needs a computer and some ability to use command line tools.
Not sure if the ST16 definitely has this mode, or how to get into it if it does. One of the forum gurus might know for sure.
There is a button behind the earphone jack. The ST16 sends you to the DnX mode, waiting for fastboot commands if you hold the button and switch on the RC controller.
