My ST10 has begun showing "Exiting flight Data Telemetry Screen will disconnect you from aircraft," without me doing anything. Press cancel several times and it goes away for a few seconds then returns. Happens when it's next to you or in the air. Bought this Q500 new in 2014. Never crashed, everything else works perfect.

Your description sounds like one of the ‘soft buttons’ at the bottom of the touch screen is being activated. If you select ok at the warning blurb it will tell you which one is activating- System Settings, Flight Settings, or Model Select.
A good cleaning of the touch screen with isopropyl alcohol may help correct the issue.
