Typhoon H / CGO3+ / low lights / impressed what you can get out of it with the right settings

very nice, notice you have a transmitter upgrade, how do you find it? noticeable improvement?

Hey Graeme,

in general yes I can confirm it is an improvement, as long you always turning yourself or the controller in the direction the Typhoon H is operating. I bought the extender very soon directly after I received my unit at the end of may.

Currently I would wait, because the firmware update and the small but crucial hardware mod on the ST16 already provides a very good range and stable signal. However if you still would like to buy an extender - I would take the one with three ports, as we know now the ST16 will have 3 antennas attached from outside.

I hope this helps in your decision making.
Cheers!

Excellent thanks, I have not had any issues yet but to be fair I've only gone 600ft max, tho I did take it into some hills but still not had any issues, my range may increase as my confidence does with the H [emoji106]
