Trim control on the H

Nice fall colors!
Sure you can go back and forth from turtle to rabbit, but as @PatR mentioned use the slider to control speed.
Another note; How were you maintaining VLOS behind all those trees?
The bird was above the trees and I had moved to the right of the trees in the park.
 
Yea I was aware of that, but thanks for the info.
If you set the camera first then set up the cruise control, it will wipe away your manual camera settings.
So now your in the air hovering redoing your manual camera settings. :oops:

And that’s why, in a previous thread, someone suggests always touching the pads first before setting camera settings, as part of one’s preflight ritual.

But unlike the d-pad buttons doesn't jerk the speed in stepped increments, which can show on camera...

I’ve never experienced that with Cruise Control but my incremental inputs after getting things going is usually small. When in Rabbit mode it’s usually 3 taps to initiate movement and adjusted to suit from there.
